Being an NGO, work continues 24/7 (or as and when needed), so candidate must have an enthusiastic willingness to work over-time and on weekends from time to time.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Liaison:u00a0

School visits, coordination with principals and selection of students inducted into Scholarship Programmes.

Partnerships and Management:

Build partnerships with NGOs, Learning Centres, Coaching Institutes, Higher Education Schools, establishing relationships with the management and community leaders for existing and future Scholarship Programmes.

Digital Resources:u00a0

Taking care (update and reconcile records and databases) and handling education system developed to manage scholarship student data and progress.

Administrative Activities:u00a0

Event handling, Mentorship management, Student management and Donor management.

Collaboration:u00a0

Work closely with HR Head and Administration Team on Scholarship and Communicationsu2019 projects to conceptualise and implement mentorship events and interactions involving students and donors.

Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (including Word, Excel and Powerpoint) is necessary
