After an MBA from Yale University, Amitabh declined a Wall Street offer to work on the real streets of India. He started Yuva Unstoppable at the mere age of 23 with the sole focus of enabling and empowering youth to become changemakers of tomorrow.

He is the youngest Indian to win the US Government’s Ellis Island Award, previously won by President Bill Clinton, Muhammad Ali, Indra Nooyi, Malala Yuzafai and other legends.

Amitabh believes ‘Gratitude, Self-Belief and Compassion’ are the 3 pillars for a meaningful life. Today, YUVA has empowered more than 6 million vulnerable beneficiaries directly and indirectly including 3500 schools with improved sanitation, water, access to technology, scholarships, nutrition, vaccination etc. and he remain unstoppable…

Abhi Shah, an acclaimed entrepreneur and philanthropist, is the Founder & former CEO of Inc. 5000-listed Clutch Group, a leading Artificial Intelligence-powered Big Data Analytics firm.  He serves on the Board of Directors of AML RightSource, the largest global provider of financial crime solutions, Class Valuation, a top appraisal management company, and Ulteig, an engineering leader in the power, renewables, transportation and water sectors.  Previously, Mr. Shah served as Vice Chairman of Black Rock-backed Morae Global Corp., on the Board of Advisors of Sequoia Capital-backed Samya.AI., and on the Cyber Security Board at the Rutgers Center for Innovation Education.  Earlier, he worked with Accenture where he led digital transformation at Verizon and managed the rollout of Comcast’s new VoIP phone solution.

Mr. Shah was named Entrepreneur of the Year by EY, Maverick of the Year and Executive of the Year by American Business Awards, Gold Winner at Best in Business International Awards, National Champion for the UK at European Business Awards, and Business Icon of India. He has been featured on CNBC, Bloomberg, and Fox Business, and in the Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, Financial Times, and a Harvard Business School case study.

Mr. Shah earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and has completed the Eisenhower Leadership Development program led by former US President George H.W. Bush, the Artificial Intelligence program from MIT, the Making Corporate Boards More Effective program from Harvard Business School and the Board Leadership Fellowship from NACD.

Pavan is one of the Founding Members of Yuva Unstoppable, who started off as a volunteer & formally joined Yuva in 2010. In charge of the overall management and operations of the organisation, Pavan is also involved in motivating volunteers, organizing awareness drives & interacting with our associated partners.

Pavan has an MBA in Leadership & Project Management from the Auckland University, New Zealand. He declined an offer from Telstra Clear to pursue social change in India and contributed to founding and building YUVA Unstoppable. Pavan has also served as the Senior Program manager For Times Foundation Rajasthan.

Parth Vasvada

Parth is one of the Founding Members of Yuva Unstoppable who believes that love and happiness can bring about a revolution, Parth Vasavada follows his heart and dreams of making this planet more peaceful. Parth oversees the fund raising and forward design strategy for the organisation.

Parth is a gifted orator and an active participant of Tedx Talks, UN Conclaves, US Consulate Young Change-makers Conference and many such symposiums. He puts his pen to good use and his columns are read in and around Ahmedabad. Not exactly wanderlust, but his calling for discovering the unsung heroes and collecting inspiring stories took him across 8 nations on a motorcycle peace tour named De Paix Yatra.

An art, literature and culture enthusiast, Parth finds and instils an essence of peace, love and unity in whatever he does. At Yuva, he designs innovative campaigns focused on getting maximum results with an aim to spread hope and happiness. The health-conscious cyclist is a foodie and voracious reader.

Swati Shah

Swati has spent the last decade being an active part of the Yuva Unstoppable team growing the scholarships program. An MBA in Human Resources, Swati has had past work experience with leading corporates before she decided to channelize her passion towards working with students towards their personal and professional development.

She is actively involved in volunteering engagement, personnel management, employee engagement and motivation, and has taken on overall responsibility for Project ‘Badlav’. by taking the responsibility of the project.

Swati believes every child must have wings to fly and through the scholarship schemes Udaan and Badlav the talent and skill of young minds is honed, nurtured and developed further.

Marmik Shah

Marmik Shah is the founding partner at M A A K & Associates, CA and has over a decade’s experience in advising companies on their accounting and taxation and is involved with several not-for-profits. He advises clients in the field of audit, internal control systems, financial due diligence, compliance management and tax planning.

Marmik is a member of several direct and indirect tax committees of ICAI, Ahmedabad and also provides his services in the field of education for CA and CS students.

Hemang Joshi

A Master’s in Commerce and a Master’s in Education who believes don’t lose love & passion for the work you want to do, Hemang joined Yuva Unstoppable in 2005 as a volunteer where he was teaching students and brought awareness of education through different programs and events. The journey after volunteering changed his mindset and motivated him to associate himself to join Yuva Unstoppable.

Hemang oversees the infrastructure upgradation project ensuring the latest technology is used to transform schools to provide betterment and quality of education for children.

A Masters in Computer Application and Diploma in Accounting and Business Management who is a technology enthusiast, Utsav manages the financial health of the organization and develops and execute the organization’s business strategies. He brings in his technical and financial expertise in achieving the goals of Yuva. He has been associated with Yuva since 2010 and believes children can bring change to society.

A highly motivated and passionate professional who has applied and developed management skills throughout his career and has been active in the start-up environment for 5+ years. His excellent relationship building skills has helped him build an intensive network across Financial Services, Consulting, HR and Technology industries.

Samir has earlier worked with Samhita, OmniTech Info Solutions and has had past global assignments across the United Kingdom, Singapore and Australia.
