PROJECT EXECUTIVE
SKILLS REQUIRED
Prior experience with non-profit organisation / field work is desirable
Self motivated with a positive and professional approach to management.
Projects and Deadlines:
Possess outstanding project management skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and manage multiple priorities.
Collaboration:
Ability to work independently and with a team.
Good time management:
Must possess excellent organisational and planning skills.
Leadership Skills:
Problem solving and Decision making skills are essential
Work Ethic:
Being an NGO, work continues 24/7 (or as and when needed), so candidate must have an enthusiastic willingness to work over-time and on weekends from time to time.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Liaison:
School visits, coordination with principals and selection of students inducted into Scholarship Programmes.
Partnerships and Management:
Build partnerships with NGOs, Learning Centres, Coaching Institutes, Higher Education Schools, establishing relationships with the management and community leaders for existing and future Scholarship Programmes.
Digital Resources:
Taking care (update and reconcile records and databases) and handling education system developed to manage scholarship student data and progress.
Administrative Activities:
Event handling, Mentorship management, Student management and Donor management.
Collaboration:
Work closely with HR Head and Administration Team on Scholarship and Communications’ projects to conceptualise and implement mentorship events and interactions involving students and donors.
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (including Word, Excel and Powerpoint) is necessary
