Distributed essential kits to 25,000 families amidst COVID-19
Yuva Unstoppable, founded by Amitabh Shah, collaborated with various partners to feed and provide family essential kits to about 25,000 families worst hit by the ongoing global pandemic. The kits offered a nutritious snack, ration, and safety materials to the neediest across Haryana, Maharashtra, Delhi-NCR, Rajasthan and Gujarat. Yuva Unstoppable also distributed similar kits to thousands of migrant labourers from Bihar returning to their native from New Delhi and Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Some of the legendary Indian cricketers — Irfan Pathan and his brother Yusuf Pathan, Parthiv Patel, Suresh Raina, and Yuzvinder Chahal — Yuva Unstoppable in this noble initiative. The aim of this distribution drive was to alleviate the miserable conditions of the poor, jobless and the migrants during COVID-19 times. The kits consisted of daily essentials such as rice, pulses, refined oil and spices along with a pair of slippers, sanitizers, and a few masks.

Praising the initiative, bowling all-rounder Irfan Pathan said, “Thank you so much, Yuva Unstoppable, for providing ration kits for so many needy people. I hope people continue to support each other like this even in times to come. I could see the joy on the faces of the groundsman and cricket staff when they received a kit.”
Wicket-keeper/batsman Parthiv Patel also complimented Yuva Unstoppable: “I applaud them for providing so many essential supplies to the needy. I was delighted to share with needy students personally.”
Suresh Raina expressed great joy: “It’s a great honour to be associated with Yuva Unstoppable. I believe supporting something as noble as this makes you feel better and happier. And enables you to sleep peacefully at the end of the day!”
Cricketer and former chess player Yuzvendra Chahal also shared a few words in appreciation of the initiative. Here’s what he said: “Yuva Unstoppable went to a lot of places and distributed ration kits there. They have done a lot of work and adopted schools across the country. It’s indeed a pleasure to join hands with them!”
How the movement began
In conclusion, Amitabh Shah appreciated all concerned. To quote him, “Pathan brothers, Suresh Raina and Parthiv Patel are some of the most enthusiastic patrons of Yuva Unstoppable. Delighted to have Yuzvendra Chahal also join us from Gurgaon this time! I’m simply grateful to these generous Men in Blue for supporting our mission of spreading cheer and hope. I am also thankful to my wife Rashmi Amitabh Shah, for feeding 5 needy folks every day and inspiring me. We look forward to empowering many needier in these tough times”.
Partners like Vedanta, NCML, Ramboll, VIP Bags and many others stepped up to make these nutrition drives happen. The beneficiaries included some of the most vulnerable sections of the society. Daily wagers, migrant labourers, sex workers, HIV+ children, widows, rickshawvalas, were amongst some of them.
